Welcome to AdventureRooms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, www.adventurerooms.com.cy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the enquiry and booking details you provide, such as your preferred date, group size, age group, contact preference, requested callback time and messages. For job applications, we also collect the availability, ability to travel to our venue, languages, experience and other information you choose to provide, including optional CVs or supporting files. Contact details may include:

3. Use of Information
We use the details you provide to answer enquiries, prepare offers, manage bookings and contact you about your visit. We use job application details to review your application and contact you about the role. With your optional consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measurement to understand website use and advertising effectiveness. Making an enquiry, booking or job application does not require consent to optional analytics or advertising. We use your chosen contact method to respond, and record the responsible staff member, follow-up actions and any confirmed booking outcome. Choosing a contact method does not subscribe you to marketing.
4. Data Sharing
Wix provides our website, forms and booking services and processes information needed to operate them. Subject to your optional cookie choices, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) may receive website activity, device information and online identifiers for analytics and advertising measurement. When advertising cookies are allowed, our Wix Meta integration can send a form-submission event with the form name and hashed versions of the name, email address and phone number supplied in the form. Hashing changes these details into coded values; it does not make them anonymous. Meta may use these identifiers to match the event to a Meta account and measure advertising. The configured application event does not include CVs or written application answers. Our separate Google Ads birthday enquiry conversion event does not include your name, phone number, email address or message.
Cloudflare hosts our protected birthday brochure and staff access service. We store the contact details used to manage access, its activation and expiry, and grouped brochure visits linked to that access record. This helps our team provide access support and follow up on your enquiry; a visit does not tell us whether you read every page. If you choose WhatsApp or Viber, that provider processes the conversation under its own privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain enquiry, follow-up, access-history, booking and job application information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage the enquiry or booking, review the application, or meet legal requirements. Brochure access normally expires 30 days after activation unless extended. Expiry ends access; it does not automatically delete your contact or visit records. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion as described below.
